DogVacay is the ‘Airbnb for pets’: a marketplace for pet owners to find trustworthy, independent sitters. In 2014, the team began a major brand refresh, and I joined to help define that visual language for their digital products, work on a responsive website redesign, and create new tools for helping pet sitters run their businesses.

Our small design team rolled out new branding and UI guidelines as well as usability-focused improvements to major pieces of the DogVacay experience for both owners and sitters. We began building responsive updates to the site far ahead of schedule, shipped major improvements to the DogVacay app for iPhone, and launched their first Android app.

In March 2017, DogVacay was acquired by Rover.com.
